When working with a greener recruit a great tool at your disposal is scent training! Often recruits at this point in training are still attempting to exercise free will and may be prone to resisting orders. For such cases, allowing the trainee to learn your scent helps to erode this remaining will for ease of transition to more advanced training. Scent training may last up to 48 hours, continuous monitoring is recommended
